PSA Grading Terms & Conditions (Pick up / drop off with Johnny Ford Sports Cards)​

• When dropping off, please make sure your cards are in the same order as listed on your form

• All grading must be paid in full when dropping off cards (all payments with a card are charged an additional 3%)

• Light cleaning provided by TCB (wipe down with a microfiber cloth) prior to submitting to PSA

• All turnaround times are estimations and not guarantees

• Raw card evaluations are estimates and not guaranteed by PSA

• Your cards are subject to an additional up-charge fee from PSA

• Whatever you drop your cards off in (top loader, card saver, magnetic one touch, etc.) will not be returned to you​

• For items damaged or mishandled by PSA, Trading Card Brothers will submit a claim for the declared value as noted on your form

• If any of the cards are returned by PSA and deemed ungradable due to alterations of the original card, including trimming, coloring, etc. the card would be returned un-slabbed, the payment would not be refunded for the submission cost. (N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N7)

• If any of the cards returned by PSA are deemed to not meet the minimum size requirements, are considered miscut from the factory or a specific card they don’t currently grade, the card would be returned un-slabbed, and the payment would be refunded to the customer. (N6, N8, N9)

• By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you release Trading Card Brothers LLC & Johnny Ford Sports Cards LLC of all liability for loss, damage, or misappropriation of your submission.
